How does Guess the Player work?
Pick your sport, get one mystery legend and eight guesses. Every guess shows how close you are — position, era, team, clubs played for, and where the record is deep enough, height and nationality. You start with a free hint, and a KNOWN line keeps your confirmed clues in one place.
Which sports have a daily player guess?
Nine boards a day: football, basketball, WNBA, cricket, baseball, college football, hockey, soccer and golf — including the first daily player-guess game for the WNBA.
Who can the answer be?
The pools are legends-only on purpose — players with a Hall of Fame case or an elite peak. A guessing game dies on “who?” answers, so every answer is someone a fan of that sport can actually get.
When does it reset?
Midnight Eastern, one new player per sport per day — the same answer for everyone, so streaks and share grids are comparable.
