How do you kick in this field goal game?
Read the distance and the crosswind, then flick upward through the football. One stroke sets both the aim and the power, and a small bend is available in the finish. Touch, pen and mouse use the same flick.
How do levels and misses work?
Three misses each level. Three made kicks clear a level and restore all three chances, a miss spends one of them but keeps your earned distance, and a third miss on the same level ends the run. Every attempt redraws the ball placement and the crosswind.
How far are the field goals?
Level 1 opens at 30 yards and each cleared level moves the ball back until the range tops out at 60 yards. The hash position changes with every attempt, so a kick from the left hash and one from the middle are different reads at the same distance.
What does the wind do?
The crosswind is shown in miles per hour with its direction before every kick. It pushes the ball across the uprights in flight, so you hold your aim into it — more on a long kick, less on a short one. Direction and strength are redrawn after every attempt, misses included.
What happens after Level 12?
Clearing Level 12 unlocks Endless. Distance stays at the 60-yard ceiling while the wind and the placement keep changing, and the run continues until a level’s third miss.
Is there a field goal leaderboard?
Yes. Each Eastern Time day has its own board, ranked by makes and then attempts, and your first run of the day is the one that stands on it. An all-time board keeps each GM’s best Endless run.
Do I earn anything for a run?
Every run that clears two levels banks Pennants, with more for reaching three and six levels, and the first run each day to reach Level 3 adds the daily bonus. Pennants are earned by playing and cannot be bought.
Do I need an account to kick?
No. You can kick straight away and your run is recorded on this device. An account is optional; it keeps your results and Pennants attached to you instead of one browser.
Does the field goal game work on a phone?
Yes. Touch, pen and mouse use the same rules and the same bounded flick, and the stage fills the phone screen so the uprights and the wind readout stay in view.
